Sumparwood™ is an advanced high-density polystyrene wood, crafted from recyclable polymers and utilizing exclusive patented technology. Designed to emulate the sophistication of natural wood, it is perfect for a wide range of premium furniture designs.
Sumparwood™ comes with four sets of color and can be customized into different shapes according to requirements, offering a high degree of flexibility for furniture design.
Features
Sumparwood™ has the appearance and touch of natural teak. Each piece is also simulated with natural wood grain details, both on the surface and within cross-sections.
The Sumparwood™ manufacturing process is carefully designed as to produce a slight and unique variation in color for each piece, thereby further resembling natural wood. In addition, the depth of the color also varies depending on lighting spectrums and viewing angles.
Properties
Sumparwood is made of a proprietary blend of Polystyrene (PS), including recyclable plastic
such as foam cups and tableware. It contain no cellulose-based fibers, which makes it a perfect material for outdoor furniture.

· Range of temperature: -16.6 to 158 Fahrenheit (Results from compressive and flexural strength testing with SGS approval)
· UV Inhibition: Withstand 2,000 hours QUV Test at ASTM G154 Standard
· Breakeven: Screwing two bolts to each end of a slat piece, breaking happens when exceeding 2000 pound of pressure.
