All of our products are specially designed and have undergone rigorous testing for general outdoor environments. Under normal usage conditions, we are pleased to offer you a 3-year commercial warranty on our synthetic wood (including aspects such as fading, surface scratches, and strength)  

If the cast aluminum frame or extruded aluminum frame is structurally damaged (such as frame breakage or weld cracking) under normal use or conditions, we will replace or repair the frame in its original color and style (if available), or a similar style (if the original color and style have been discontinued). The warranty for stamped aluminum tabletops is the same as that for extruded aluminum frames. However, components such as foot pads that are prone to wear cannot be considered part of the frame.

From the date of purchase, we guarantee that all Sunshella, Solution-Dyed Polyester, Solution-Dyed Olefin, and Nauticau Synthetic Leather cushions, pillows, and umbrella fabrics will remain usable for one (1) year under normal usage and exposure conditions without loss of color or strength.

If the cushion frame fails structurally (e.g., a broken frame) within fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase, we will choose to repair or replace the product in the original color and style (if available) or in a similar color and style. If the frame fabric (not the loose cushions) tears or excessively fades within three (3) years from the date of purchase, we will choose to repair or replace the fabric in the original color and pattern, or replace it in a manner that is available. If discontinued, a similar color and pattern will be used. If the finish peels or bubbles within three (3) years from the date of purchase, we will repair or patch the frame in the original color and style, and if the color has been discontinued, we will repair or patch it in a similar style. Components such as footpads are subject to wear and are not considered part of the frame. Any defects in sewing, zippers, straps, ropes, buttons, cushion foam, or other craftsmanship will be warranted for one (1) year.

From the date of purchase, we guarantee that all domestic mesh and woven strap products will not have structural damage or tearing within one (1) year, and Serge Ferrari mesh will not have such issues within five (5) years.

Structural failures or damages caused by incorrect assembly, lack of regular maintenance, improper use, rough handling, abuse, or negligence are not covered by the warranty.

Structural failures or damages caused by using the product together with other furniture products not produced by Boscher are not covered by the warranty.

Normal wear or stretching of fabrics due to weathering, slight fading, slight discoloration, minor color changes in wood grain, and color variations between resin and replacement parts or small components are not covered by the warranty.

Damage or rusting of powder-coated aluminum and iron products due to environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity) are not covered by the warranty.

Boscher assumes no legal responsibility for personal injuries caused by improper use or negligence of the company's furniture products.
