SUMPARWOOD FRAME - THREE (3) YEARS LIMITED
All our products have been specifically designed and rigorously tested for general outdoor environment. Given normal use, we are pleased to provide three years of commercial warranty on the synthetic wood.
CAST AND EXTRUDED ALUMINUM FRAMES - FIVE (5) YEARS LIMITED
If the cast or extruded aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions we will at our option, replace or repair the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar style if color or model has been discontinued. Stamped aluminum tabletops carry the same warranty as extruded aluminum frames. Components such as chair feet are subject to wear and tear and are not considered part of the frame.

STAINLESS STEEL FRAMES - FIVE (5) YEARS LIMITED
If the stainless-steel frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions within five (5) years we will at our option, replace or repair the frame in the original frame color and style, if available, or in a similar style if color or style has been discontinued.
CUSHIONS & PILLOWS - ONE (1) YEARS LIMITED
We warrant all cushion, pillow, and umbrella fabrics including Sunbrella and Yi'Lan fabric for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions.
SLINGS - ONE(1-5) YEARS LIMITED
We warrant all composite domestic sling and strap products for a period of one (1) year and Serge Ferrari Sling for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase against structural failure and tearing.
EXCLUSIONS
Structural failure or damages due to incorrect assembly, lack of regular maintenance, improper use, roughness, abuse or negligence are not covered. Structural failure or damages due to the use of furniture with other products not produced by Boscher are not covered. Normal wear or stretching of fabrics due to weathering or use, fading, minor discoloration, minor color variances in the wood grain, resin or color variance between replacement parts or pieces are not covered. Damages to powder-coated aluminum and steel products caused by environmental conditions (e.g. excessive humidity) or rust are not covered. Boscher is not liable for personal injury related to improper use or neglect of the furniture.
